Feedback
Ideas, bugs, things that confused you, features you'd love — we read every message, and a lot of what's in the app today started as someone's feedback.
In the app
- Open the Profile tab.
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Choose Send Feedback, write your message and send it.
This is the quickest way: it tells us which app version you're on, so a bug is easier to track down.

To report a person or a message, use Report in the ⋯ menu on their card or in the chat, so it reaches our moderation team straight away. If someone is in danger, call the police (117 in Switzerland) first.
